Who handles your data

This website is operated from Spain, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.

When you email me

These pages have no forms and no user accounts. If you email me, I handle your name, your email address, your company and whatever you tell me in your message.

When I email you

I look for brands that advertise on Meta and write to people on their teams because of the role they hold. To do that, I handle professional data from public sources: company websites, LinkedIn and the Meta Ad Library.

Who else has access

I don't share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. These providers process it on my behalf under a data processing agreement:

Cookies and browsing data

This website doesn't set cookies or use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

When you visit, Netlify's servers log technical connection data, such as your IP address, the date and the page requested, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. I don't use those logs to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to object to or restrict its processing, by emailing dv@demianvalenzuela.com. I'll reply within one month.

If you think your data hasn't been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
