Diagnosis application
Step 1 of 4

If you made it here, you already know what Diagnosis is: two weeks in which I evaluate whether your company's critical judgment can be encoded.

Applying does not start a project or commit you to an investment. If we move forward, Diagnosis is an independent paid phase: two weeks, a Critical Judgment Map, and a written verdict. The investment is shared after I review the case and we sign the NDA.

The Map sets out which decisions concentrate value in your company, which heads they live in, which rules and exceptions came out of your expert, and what risk you're carrying today. It's yours even if the verdict is no.

This is the pre-filter. It is not lead capture. I review it personally within 48 hours.

If the judgment you want to protect is concentrated in specific people, and your company has the volume to justify the investment, I'll send you my calendar for the first conversation. If I can see your case doesn't fit, I'll tell you straight and save you time and money.

Contact information
Diagnosis is hired by whoever runs the business: ownership, general management, or a division head. If that's not you, pass this page to whoever decides.
It helps verify your responsibility, but it is not required when the company website already makes that clear.
Your company
What size is your company? *
I work with companies where critical judgment is concentrated and the structure still allows access to it. Not with solo operators, not with corporations.
Where does the judgment you want to protect live today? *
What I'm evaluating here is not how much documentation you have. It's how much of the judgment that holds the business up has visible structure outside the heads that carry it.
Your situation
What's pushing you to encode that judgment now? *
Pick the situation that best describes your moment. If several apply, pick the most urgent one.
Is your expert available and on board? *
The work is done with the person who holds the judgment, through demanding scenarios and with their consent. You can assess fit first; nobody has to accept a project before that conversation.
Which phase do you have in mind as the destination? *
Every project starts with Diagnosis. This only tells me your starting intention and commits you to nothing. If you don't have enough to go on yet, the last option is a valid answer.
The case
A concrete situation is worth more than a general description. "When an order gets complicated, only Andrés knows whether to take it or let it go" tells me more than three paragraphs about your knowledge culture.
Application received

It's in my hands now.

I review it personally within 48 hours. If your case fits, my calendar lands in your inbox. If it doesn't fit, I'll tell you that too, and why.

The more specific the decision you describe, the faster my response. We only review cases with an identifiable critical decision.
